As a primer, it works best as a base coat for fluorescent colors as well as for definitive finishing. GENERAL DESCRIPTION
White primer paint formulated for use as a first layer or background, especially on dark surfaces, to ensure that the colours subsequently applied are brighter, especially when we want to finish the object with fluorescent paint or clear colours with a poor covering power
Paint formulated for use as a primer, or even as a top coat when a matt white finish is required.
