DecoArt SoSoft Fabric Medium when added directly to SoSoft paint creates a translucent or transparent effect (depending on the amount added). It can also be used as a basecoat, allowing SoSoft paint to brush onto fabrics easier. Dries clear. SoSoft Fabric Paint is the softest fabric acrylic on the market.
