Artzmania guarantees that orders placed between Monday and Friday before 12 PM GMT will be dispatched within 24 hours of being placed. Orders placed between Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the next business day (usually Monday, unless it falls on a public holiday). If you can’t wait to get creative, we also offer same-day delivery within Lagos for an additional fee.
In exceptional cases where Artzmania needs to craft customized items - such as stencils, wood art, and décor pieces for weddings, birthdays, homes, or baby showers - a realistic timeline is provided, and customers are kept fully updated until delivery. The delivery timeline for such items is typically 7 to 14 days, depending on the order details and quantity.
